As Director of Claims at of Elite Claim Solutions, Chastidy oversees the company’s claims from start to finish. She also manages the team of writers tasked to improve and enhance our clients’ projects.
About Chastidy
With more than 18 years of experience in project management, adjusting and the construction industry, Chastidy has a unique ability to solve problems and enjoys applying this skill to help our clients.
Her family has a long history in the construction and claims industry. Her family background, along with her previous experience as a “boots on the ground” adjuster and contractor, provides her with the essential knowledge that has earned her success on thousands of claims. Two of her proudest professional accomplishments are: (1) becoming the first female General Manager in her company in 2004, and (2) helping to build Elite Claim Solutions. Helping Elite’s clients and promoting a positive change in this industry motivates her.
Outside of work, Chastidy is a married mother of two, (three if you include her labradoodle, Ozzy). She lives on the lake in Missouri and enjoys lake activities, including boating, canoeing, camping and hiking.
